User Data:
- User IDs: For moderation logs, warnings, AFK statuses, timers, games, and command cooldowns.
- Username/Display Name: Only when logging moderation actions (like kick, ban, warn).
- Message Content: Only when you use bot commands (e.g.,
.timer, .afk).
- Game Data: Progress, scores, and settings for any game features you use.
- Feature Data: Any data generated by bot features like AFK statuses, timers, and other utilities.
We collect only the minimum data necessary for each feature to function.

05 Third-Party Services

06 Data Retention
- Server Data: Automatically deleted immediately when the bot is removed from the server.
- Moderation Logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days (to save storage space).
- Warnings: Stored until the bot leaves the server (auto‑deleted) or manually cleared by a moderator.
- User Data (AFK, timers, game progress): Stored until you request deletion or the bot is removed from the server.
- Command Data: Stored as long as needed for the feature to work.
- We do not keep data longer than necessary.
07 Deleting Your Data
- Server Data: Remove the bot from your server, and all server‑specific data will be deleted immediately.
- User Data: Contact us at sokkheng8111@gmail.com to request deletion of your personal data.
- Data Deletion Request: We will process your request within 7 days.
- Confirmation: We will confirm once your data has been deleted.
- You can also request deletion via our Support Server.
08 Changes to This Policy
- We may update this privacy policy from time to time.
- We will notify users of major changes via Discord announcements.
- The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect when changes were made.
- Continued use of the bot after changes means you accept the new policy.
